IAJR(International Association of Judo Researchers、

Hello IAJR Founders,
Just an email to inform you on the progress of the IAJR website. The site
can now be accessed through www.judoresearch.com so we now have a complete
communication tool set up through which we can start accomplishing the
objectives of the IAJR. (I understand .org will also shortly be available).
Thanks to Dr Franchini I have a list of over 400 abstracts relating to judo
and so far over 125 of these are currently accessible through the site.
More will continue to be put up regularly. We are of course, however keen
to source any available work into judo, so if you has any articles you would
like me to put onto the site please feel free to forward them onto myself
and I will endeavour to put them up as soon as I can. I will also put alink
to the previous research symposium abstracts on the IJF pages.
Due to the international nature of the site, full text research in any
language would be most gratefully accepted. I would ask however, that an
English title be provided, as the work so far is listed in English.
On the contacts page a portrait photograph of yourselves as founding members
of the IAJR would be a nice touch to put onto the site. If anyone has a
portrait photograph of themselves which they would like me to put up, then
please forward this to me also, or point me to a website with your
photograph.
Now we have this wonderful communication tool in place, Mike suggested that
we need to move forward with the structure of the organisation and the
membership system. I would be pleased to try to co-ordinate those ideasand
develop any draft documentation that we might need.
I thank you for your time and look forward to further progress for this
important project.
Best regards
Catherine Payne
